Ordering Online
To order online please put items in shopping cart (don't worry, you can always remove them if you change your mind) and proceed to check out. However, we understand if you do not feel comfortable giving your information over the Internet. In that case, you have 2 options: Proceed to the checkout, and when you get to the
order form, fill out all the needed information, print it and fax to:

Shipping and Handling
FREE USPS Standard First Class Shipping - on orders $10 and over
For orders less than $10 there will be a $5.00 shipping fee.
Please note we have had the experience of Standard First Class mail taking several weeks for delivery. For this reason, to offer another choice when time is of the essence we also offer Priority Mail via USPS, for a flat fee of $7.50. Please note there is no tracking information with these methods.
FedEx 2-Day is also available for a flat fee of $20.00 and subject to product availability. You will receive tracking information from FedEx. If FedEx Saturday delivery is desired, please call (954)604-9161. You may call or email to confirm in stock status.
Shipping times do not reflect holiday delivery schedule. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Management is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information as provided by the customer. In cases where a wrong address is given, and the package is returned, customer will incur a $5.00 shipping charge for the reship. In cases where incorrect address results in non delivery, customer will be charged for the additional products at time of reship, and will be credited if the package is returned by the delivering agent. Shipping may be subject to an additional day due to rural locations. All in stock items will ship within 24 hours. For special requests, we will try to accomodate your needs. Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You may also mail a check with an order. Sales tax of 6% will be added on all purchases within the state of Florida only. Your privacy and the security of your personal information are very important to us. We will use any information you give us in a responsible manner. We will NEVER sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, ever, for any reason.
Our Return Policy
Looking For Luck carries only top quality products. Our guarantee is simple: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, EMail Us or call us within 10 days of receipt of merchandise for a return authorization. When we receive the returned goods, we will issue a credit minus any shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, customer pays for return postage. In cases where free shipping was provided, $5.00 will be deducted from the refunded price. In the case of an exchange for color or other merchandise, a $5.00 shipping fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Goods must be in brand new salable condition in original packaging. Management reserves the right to reject returns if it appears that the items have been worn or used. In cases where goods are found to be in these conditions, they will be shipped back to the customer and the customer will be notified.
